With its upgraded small block LT Chevy engine this beauty has upgraded power and a thoughtfully coordinated two-tone presentation inside and out. This 1955 Ford Fairlane Crown Victoria has true classic style and it's truly made to be driven, and sharp enough to turn heads as you drive down the road.
When you want a cool custom cruiser, the Crown Victoria is the right place to start. It's easy to distinguish these as the upper echelon of the already premium Ford Fairlanes. Only these have the encompassing brightwork that visually separates the front and rear passenger compartments. In other words, the overall impression is a better than driver quality appearance for a good driver-ready car. In fact, you'll be quite pleased to cruise this one, because people love seeing all the brightwork. There's sweeping chrome trim dividing the two-tone combo extending from the headlight all the way back to the tail. And in our opinion this one has the perfect restomod balance of some of the best classic pieces like fender skirts yet paired with brand new chrome Foose torq thrust style wheels.
The two tone color theme continues inside as the white and teal are tastefully interwoven on the seats, door panels, and dash. There are even nice details, like the comfy cloth inserts in the seats. Overall the interior is great and remains very vintage. You have a working dome light, and a unique see-through plexiglass speedometer.
One place that isn't 1950s (but certainly cruiser quality) is the engine bay. Under the hood is LT 350 Chevy fuel injected engine paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission. With it's dual exhaust the added power and rumble are fun, and that's part of a better classic driver attitude. And features like power steering, power brakes and an automatic transmission make this car fun, comfortable and meant to be enjoyed.
